GENERAL INFORMATION

  • All return requests must be made within 7 days (or 30 days for defective items) of receiving your order.

  • Returns are only accepted with a valid tracking number.

  • We strongly encourage customers to contact us with any questions before ordering, especially regarding sizing, materials, or design.


CLOTHING ITEMS

All clothing is made to order in Germany through our print-on-demand partner. This means:

  • Returns and exchanges are not possible for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, wrong color, or changing your mind.

  • If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

  • To avoid sizing issues, please consult the size chart on each product page before ordering.


ITEMS MARKED “FREE SHIPPING” (Dispatched from France)

  • You may return these items at your own expense.

  • Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will refund the exact purchase amount, minus any transaction fees (approx. 3%).

  • Only tracked shipments will be accepted for returns.


HANDMADE MASKS

  • If you are in France, you may return handmade masks free of charge.

  • Customers outside France must cover return shipping costs.

CHAINS & NECKLACES

  • May be returned at your own cost within 7 days of delivery.

ALL OTHER ITEMS

  • Can be returned to our warehouse in France within 7 days of delivery at your own expense.

  • If you’re located in France, you may also return via a drop-off point.
