### RETURN RULES:

Clothes:
Nightmares collaborates with a print-on-demand company, meaning all clothing items are unique and made to order in Germany. As a result, returns and exchanges are not possible if you ordered the wrong size, wrong color, or simply changed your mind. However, in the case of damaged products or manufacturing errors, Nightmares offers a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please note that the size chart is available on each product page to help prevent sizing errors.

Items with Free Shipping Label:
You can return any items with a “free shipping” label that are dispatched from our manufacturer in China within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns are free for these items.

Handmade Masks:
You can return any handmade mask for free if you are located in France. If you are outside France, returns must be made at your own expense. We accept only returns that have been made with a tracking option.

Chains and Necklaces:
Chains and necklaces can be returned at your own cost with a valid tracking number within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
